Ordering and payment

How can I order products?

You can easily order products via our website. Browse through our range, add the items you want to your shopping cart, and follow the steps during checkout. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.

What should I do if I have not received confirmation?

It may take a while before you receive the confirmation in your email. Sometimes emails end up in your spam folder. If you don't see it there either, please contact our customer service at info@everyvan.com. We are happy to help you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods to offer you flexibility. Currently, we accept payments via iDeal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping address. During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date based on the available shipping options. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Whether you live inside or outside the Netherlands, we offer international shipping to meet the needs of our customers. At checkout, you can enter your international shipping address and view the available shipping options. Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

We sincerely apologise if your item arrived damaged. We understand that this is disappointing and want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item.
  2. Contact our customer service team immediately at info@everyvan.nl and report the damage.
  3. Our team will guide you through further instructions and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product or refund.
  4. Please keep the damaged items and packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may need additional information. We are committed to minimising the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We are here to help you resolve this issue.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy allows you to return products within a certain period after receipt. Please refer to our specific returns policy on the website to check whether you are eligible for a return. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, and our returns policy is designed to support this.

How can I return a product?

The return process is simple. Contact our customer service department at info@everyvan.com to initiate a return request. Include your order number, the product and the reason for the return in the email. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Can products be exchanged?

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to start the process. Please ensure that you return the product within the specified return period in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have received the product, we will credit the original product and you can place a new order for the desired item. Please note that any price differences will be settled.

How soon will I receive my money after returning the item?

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we aim to process the refund as quickly as possible. As a rule, this process usually takes a few days. Please note that the speed of the refund depends on various factors, including the processing time of your bank or credit card company. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Product information

Can you advise me on which products are best suited to my vehicle?

The website features a selection tool that, after a few steps with questions, will offer you the solution that best suits your needs. You can also search by brand and model to see what is available. The product page provides a detailed description of the product. Is your brand and model not listed? No problem! Send an email to info@everyvan.com. Who knows, it may be available soon. What is the warranty on your products?

The purchase of the product is governed by Dutch law. Everyvan products have a statutory warranty period of two years. This statutory warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or improper repairs by the consumer.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Each EveryVAN product comes with comprehensive installation instructions. These explain step by step how to assemble the products and install them in the vehicle. Instructional videos are also available for many products. To view these, go to the relevant product page and click on the heading “Assembly and Documents”.

Stock and availability

Is the product currently in stock?

Most products are in stock and will be shipped the same working day within the Netherlands. The product page indicates whether the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the product page will indicate the expected delivery time. If you order multiple products, they will be shipped in one shipment. This means that if one product has a delivery time that is a few days longer, this delivery time will apply to all products.

How often is the stock updated?

In principle, stock levels are continuously monitored. This means that the availability of the product on the product page is accurate with 95% certainty.

Can you reorder products when they are out of stock?

In general, products that are out of stock can be reordered, unless a supplier is no longer able to supply them. If you have any questions about a specific product, please email us at info@everyvan.eu. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours on working days.

Our customer service is available 24/7 by email (info@everyvan.com) and via the enquiry form on the website. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We endeavour to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible on working days, but within 24 hours.
