Refund policy

a. This return policy applies to all purchases made at EveryVAN.nl, the online store for camper modules and components.

b. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this return policy.

 

2. Return period:

a. You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.

b. The return period begins on the day of receipt of the product.

3. Conditions for Returns:

a. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

b. All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

c. Returns must be reported in advance via info@everyvan.com.

d. For purchases that do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount.

4. Return process:

a. Contact our customer service to initiate a return request. Always include the order number, the products to be returned, and the reason for the return in the request.

b. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

c. Ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

d. The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Refund:

a. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount.

b. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.

c. Any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it is an error on the part of EveryVAN.

 

6. Exchanges:

a. Exchanges are possible within the same return period.

b. Please contact our customer service to start the exchange process.

c. Any price differences will be settled.

 

7. Defective or Damaged Products:

a. Please report any defects or damage within 7 days of receipt.

b. Upon approval, we will provide a replacement product or refund, including shipping costs.
